We also now run a beginners session on Tuesdays, 6.30 - 8pm at the University of Gloucestershire's Hardwick Campus in Cheltenham. So if you are a bit nervous about coming to a full-blown training session on Mondays, then please pop along on a Tuesday! The cost is only £1.50 and once again, your first session is completely free!!
